 课程标准

 教学内容

 分析

 (上海牛津版)

 本单元围绕着“旅游”为话题来展开听、说、读、写的训练。通过阅读一份关于法国的旅游介绍,了解法国的城市风貌和著名景点,并初步了解介绍城市的方法。介绍自己所在城市的名胜古迹。为后面的语法学习作铺垫,同时在听说读写中引导学生掌握专有名词以及连词 and, but and so 的用法。

 教学目标

 1 、语言知识目标:

 ① 认识和理解单词 Europe, the Champs-Elysees, wine, vineyard, grape, excellent, lie, coast, perfect, prefer, France, ski, 以及短语:be famous for, department store, prefer to 等 ② 初步了解专有名词以及连词 and, but and so 的用法。

 2 、语言技能目标:

 ①了解主阅读篇章文本特征和内容,运用图片的提示,介绍法国的著名景点。

 ② 根据标题、插图及关键词理解阅读文章的主要内容并能根据旅游指南的写作特点给文章分段。

 3 、情感态度目标:通过阅读文章的内容了解法国风土人情,激发对法国的兴趣。

 学习目标

 1.认读和理解单词 tower, finish, lift, step 以及短语 take the lift, more than;

 2.巩固专有名词的用法。

 学情分析

 1、学生对于“旅游”比较熟悉,有利于开展本单元的各项听说读写任务。

 2、学生对于专有名词以及连词 and,but and so 的用法的用法其实并不陌生,在小学和初一上学期已经接触过,只是没有进行专项的归纳性学习。在本单元,教师可以系统地帮助学生温故而知新,引导学生在一定的语境中熟练运用专有名词以及连词 and, but and so 的用法。

 重点、难点

 教学重点:理解阅读文章“总---分---总”的文本特点,学习核心单词和短语。

 教学难点:根据表格、图片及关键词介绍阅读文章的主要内容,判断阅读文章的体裁并归纳旅游指南的文本特点。

 1) Free talk. Get Ss to look at the pictures on page 16, Ask Ss to some questions about France? (Finish exercise A on page 16) Q1: Did you have a good time in the summer holiday? Q2: Did you go to any interesting places? Q3: Did you visit France before? Q4: Did you know the French flag? Which of these is the most famous street in Paris? Q5: Which drink is France most famous for? 2) Check the answers. 教与学的策略

 a) Get Ss to review the new words we learned in Reading A by filling the Cross Puzzle。

 b)Ask Ss some questions to go over the main idea of Reading A

 1、Vocabulary presentation: Get Ss to learn some new words by showing some pictures. ( tower, finish, lift, step). Greetings How are you? Show a picture of the Eiffel tower and ask: Have you ever been there?

 Do you like it? To create Ss’ expectation and arouse their interest in the subject. 2. listening tips: When listening. Watch the important words, such as names, times and numbers. Ask Ss to predict the pictures by themselves.

 a) Get Ss to write down the proper nouns in Reading A on the blackboard : 1) the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, the Champs-Elysees,

 San Francisco; California; Chinese New Year’s Day b) Get Ss to conclude the definition: We use proper noun to refer to the name of a particular person, place, organization or time. c) Get Ss to work out the rule: A proper noun starts with a capital letter. To teach Ss the rule of conditional sentences and let Ss learn and find out the rule together. We use a proper noun to refer to the name of a particular person, place, organization or time. Xiao Ling Names of places France, the Louvre Museum, Beijing Railway Station Organizations the Red Cross, the United Nations, the World Trade Organization Days of the week Tuesday, Friday, Sunday Months January, March, September Holidays the Spring Festival, the Mid- Autumn Festival, Christmas d) Exercise: pair work (in pairs, Get Ss to finish exercise on page 95—96 in Book B) Look at the two lists below. What is the difference between the nouns in list A and List B? Can you think of some more examples?
